Chief Executive Officer
Tom is an owner and CEO of SS White. His experience includes heading up Sales and Marketing, and leading the development of new products that are used around the world by over 50,000 doctors. Several of these products were co-developed with Dr. Dan Boston and Temple University. Tom is passionate about the conservation of healthy tissue and efficiency, and has a high interest in helping great doctors build great practices. Tom began his career at Kodak, as a technical sales rep. He earned a BA from the University of South Carolina in 1987 with a double major in Management and Marketing. Tom is a member or post-member of several boards, including SS White, Dental Trade Association Foundation and Temple University’s School of Dentistry Board of Visitors. As a member of the DTA Foundation, he chairs the DTA Foundation/ADA Give Kids A Smile Symposium. Tom and his wife, Michelle, reside in Boulder, Colorado with their three children. Together they enjoy hiking, reading, travel and golf.
Brant Miles
Vice President of Business Development
Brant has over 22 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the dental industry, the last 19 years with SS White. He manages Business and Product Development, Customer Service, Dealer Relations and other associated marketing activities in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Donna DeMaio
Director of Sales Operations
Donna DeMaio is an accomplished leader in compliance, customer service and sales operations. Donna DeMaio has been with SS White for 19 years having held several managerial positions in the organization before being named Director of Sales Operations in 2019. In her current role she leads the company’s customer service and domestic sales team. Notably, Donna has driven the implementation of process automations to reduce costs and gain operational and service efficiencies, scaled domestic sales territories to support a leaner sales model maintaining consistent growth to surpass annual operating sales plans. Prior to joining SS White, Donna worked in the insurance industry, as Sr. Manager of Compliance for Small Business Underwriters. There she played a key role in the consolidation and merger of three divisions of Legion Insurance into one corporate system.
Director of Marketing
Carrie Nelson brings 20+ years of B2B and B2C, strategic marketing and product development experience within Dental, Medical and Medical Device manufacturing segments. Carrie was responsible for service line development and marketing as well as physician relations, recruitment, and clinical practice development. Carrie is a past president of the board of directors of the Women’s Center Foundation and advisor, Brookhaven College – Marketing Degree Programs. Carrie has her bachelor’s degree from North Texas University.
